Replying customer queries through e-mails, telephones etc.

Should be conversant with computers and to interact
with customers in English as well as in optional languages.

Should take a follow up for Installation,
Training & Implementation.

Should do installation at client place and
provide training to end user.

To solve the query regarding the software at the
time of training.

Should able to collect installation call from
marketing executive or call coordinator and arrange support
executive for client at the workplace.

Should provide pre-sales training to
customer on telephonic or onsite.

Data Management into excel sheet which
received from customer in different format (dbf, csv etc.)

Should able to collect testimonial and build
good relationship with customer, understand customer requirement,
good knowledge of software navigation.
