Job Description: |
-
Design and develop DMS, CRM and ERP.
-
Design and develop a rich and robust
VFP/VB.Net content workflow application.
-
Design and implement for massive scale and
lightning fast performance.
-
Perform design and code reviews.
-
Adopt robust engineering practices including
test driven development, high levels of coding standards,
reusable and flexible design and implementation.
-
Provide technical leadership to other team members.
-
Collaborate within cross-functional teams comprising
of Product Managers, Business Analysts, Usability Experts,
QA Engineers and User-Acceptance Testers.
-
Own all aspects of product feature development
including analysis, design, estimation, implementation,
delivery and production support.
-
Good command over SQL with ability to understand
and develop complex queries and stored procedures.
-
Strength in core computer science concepts,
data structures and algorithms.
-
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
-
Strong communication and technical leadership skills
and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
-
Past management experience with leading the
teams of approximately 3-30 software professionals.
-
Strong people management skills,
with experience in hiring, mentoring and appraising
the member in the team.
